Niamke J. Etchene

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Etchene is a veteran leader with over 55 years of experience in community-based education, social services, and leadership. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, along with an Associate degree in Computer Science and Information Technology. He has served in roles including program director, education admissions coordinator, youth program specialist, and shift supervisor. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, strong organizational skills, and long-standing commitment to education, youth development, and community service.

Esther Etchene

Vice President

Esther Etchene holds a BSc in Human Services (Behavioral Science) from Walden University with 25+ years of experience in healthcare and human services. She has worked in hospitals, home health, primary care, and group homes supporting children, youth, and families. Her experience includes mental health care, labor and delivery, STD care, and HIV/AIDS counseling and education. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant, licensed phlebotomist, and certified doula and postpartum caregiver, known for her empathy, confidentiality, and patient-centered care..

Mildred Noel

Program Director - Adultsgroup Home

Mildred Noel is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership and clinical practice. She holds a BSc in Nursing from Rasmussen University and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Med-Life Institute. Her career spans AdventHealth, St. Joseph’s Medical Center, hospice care, and rehabilitation centers, where she has served in both nursing and supervisory roles. She is recognized for her strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and compassionate approach to patient care.

Jean Richard Noele

Program Manager

Jean Richard Noel is a Registered Nurse with 24 years of experience across hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and specialty care units in the U.S. and Canada. He is licensed as both an RN and LPN, with training in medical records, EKG, phlebotomy, and IV therapy. He has worked with healthcare systems such as Meditech, Point Click Care, and Sigma Care, and served in supervisory nursing roles in New York and Florida. He is known for his professionalism, adaptability, and strong patient care coordination skills.
